Flats in the old Manor
The Mansion, which is more than 150 years old, now offers five family flats with private bathrooms from 28m2 to 68 m2, suitable for up to two parents and four children. The Mansion was built in the years 1860-62, and the Hildebrand family lived here for 6 generations until 1988. The inside of the house has been completely renovated, though we have sought to preserve various details that are as old as the building. The five families that can live in the manor share a large kitchen, with individual fridges, coffee machines etc. for each family, library, 'history' room and a hall, together more than 150 m2. Note that the large hall has enough tables for all families, and everyone can sit here to read, eat, play games or to meet. We promise that the children will make new friends in no time.
The following flats can be found in the Manor - please note that all have beds and an additional cot for small children:
Enbär (bottom floor): This is our smallest unit at 28 m2, a spacious room with two 90 x 200 beds, and two bunk beds for the children. There is a private bathroom with toilet and shower. Large windows overlook the garden. This room hosts up to four. The fireplace in the room is a nice decorative element dating back to 1862 (see photographs below).
Slånbär (bottom floor): Our sloe flat consits of a large parent's sleeping room, which can also be used as a living room (though the large hall is right outside, i.e. here you will find opportunities to read, eat, play games, or meet other families). There is a smaller childre's room with two bunk beds, from where a large bathroom with toilet and shower can be accessed. This flat is about 40 m2 large, and overlooks the garden. Four people can stay here (see photographs below).
Päron (top floor): The pear flat is located on the first floor, which can be reached over a short flight of stairs (unfortunately, these stairs are a bit steep). Here you find a large and comfortable living room, and two sleeping rooms (in total 64 m2). The bathroom is attached to the parents' sleeping room and has a shower/WC. In both sleeping rooms, you find two 90x200 beds next to each other. However, the bed sofa in the living room can accommodate two more children. Turn of the century fireplaces are a nice additional feature of this flat (see photographs below).
Äpple (top floor): Our apple flat is mirroring the pear flat. Consisting of a large living room and two sleeping rooms; it is accessible through its own back entrance, which adds a small floor to put boots and coats. This flat is 68 m2 large. The parents' sleeping room provides access to the bathroom with shower/WC. There are four standard beds (90x200) and a bed sofa as well as a cot. Up to 6 people can stay here (see photographs below).
Plommon (top floor): The plum flat is also located on the first floor of the mansion (34 m2). It has a large sleeping room that is also the living room, as well as a smaller children's room with two bunk beds. Shower and Toilet are in two separate small rooms, and can be reached from both rooms via a small floor. This flat is suitable for up to four guests (see photographs below).
