Solberga comprises 16 hectares of land, of which we use two for the production of vegetables, herbs and fruits. The majority of the land is used for livestock - in the summer there are about 40 sheep and 8 pigs, which have large areas to use. Five acres of land are not used, and serve as a meadow for the production of hay.
Our philosophy is a coexistence of humans and animals, we want to produce in harmony with nature. We do not question a high standard of living, but we would like to show that this can be achieved on the basis of regional products.
