Solberga comprises 16 ha land, out of which 2 are used to produce vegetables, fruits and spices. A large share of the land is also used for keeping livestock and producing fodder. In summer we have about 40 sheep and 8 pigs, which have very generous areas for pasture.

Our philosophy is an interconnection of humans and nature, we wish to see ourselves as part of a greater cycle of things. However, we do not question a high standard of living; rather we wish to show that our way of organizing a farm can provide first class food and culture experiences.
