It is hard to list all vegetables we grow on the farm, as there are at least 140. On top of this, we have a wide range of other foodstuffs that we either prepare ourselves, such as our jams, pesto, or meats, or purchase from other producers on Öland. The latter include local delicacies such as seabuckthorn jam, Solmarka flat bread, or chervil juice. We are however most famous for our green and white asparagus, and four different sorts of garlic.

In recent years, our lamb skins have become increasingly popular - there are white, grey, and black skins with different fur lengths and qualities - we believe that we have the largest selection of lamb skins of the entire island.
